  1. I may have an idea what your next adventure could be for next year. You always talk about Miller light if you're talking about something to drink alongside BBQ. Could you do a tour though countries that have both a distinct beer and meat culture and try some of the best food and drinks? I mean, Poland and Latvia both have great meat and beer as an example, so does Brasil and I'm sure there are a lot more out there.

  2. Brad…something new for you to try. Set up a pot with crawfish boil and boil some chicken wings until they are half done. Dry and put on a smoker at high heat to get the skin crispy. You will thank me for this….such an awesome bite.

  4. I love a good sub sandwich YUM > I make them out of any thing> I LOVE CRAB, and Oysters subs the Most Yes i do love my home made EGG MAC MUFFINS There made from a lots of things too. A must to try my beef liver jerky YUM. It so good. Just want to smoke the live low and slow, Until its done inside. You don't want them hard like glass ect at all ! Want them soft but done on the inside > Slap a lot of Soy Jerky sauce on them ! Threw out the cook. Next your hooked on liver, i love all kinds of liver! Wild game, chicken, beef, AND PORK LIVERS YUM > Its the cheapest meat to eat. YUM
