Sone Ki Chidiya🐓: Ingredients & Recipe Below:-
– Heat 7 tbsp oil in a Kadhai and to this add in 1 kg chicken followed by 1 bay leaf, 2.5 inch cinnamon, 4 green & 1 black cardamom and 5 cloves. Fry on high for 5 minutes.
– Prepare a paste by blending together 6 crispy fried brown onions, 30-35 fried fox nuts, 1 tsp each of black peppercorns, roasted cumin or cumin powder, 1 tbsp each of salt, red chilli powder, coriander seeds, garam masala powder, 5-7 soaked Byadagi Chillies and 200 grams curd adding a bit of water.
– Add this paste in the Kadhai followed by 3 tbsp coconut powder. Now fry on high for 3 minutes then on medium for 4 minutes. Next add in 3 cups of hot water mixing well and close the lid turning flame to low for 18 minutes checking and stirring in between. Lastly add in a tsp of keora water (optional) and garnish with toasted crushed kasoori methi.
