French Onion Pork Chops
Ingredients:
8 boneless pork chops
salt & pepper, to taste
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 10.5-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk of choice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups French-fried onions divided
2-3 potatoes, thinly sliced

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Generously season pork chops on all sides with salt and pepper, then sear 3-4 minutes per side in skillet or until golden brown.
Mix together condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and 1/2 cup of the French-fried onions in a large bowl.
Place sliced potatoes in an even layer at the bottom of a 9×13-inch casserole dish, then top with an even layer of pork chops. Pour soup mixture over top of pork chops and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake 30 minutes, then remove foil, top with remaining French-fried onions and bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes.

  1. Your food always looks so delicious. You are always so patient with your kiddos and that always inspires me to be better so thank you. Can you tell me how you made the corn? I've never seen it baked in the oven on the cob like that. Lots of love ❤ from Nicole in Indiana

  2. You had lots of great help with your meals in this one. The French onion casserole looked so delicious! I think maybe there is a rock or something preventing the pepper plant from growing. I think I would replant in another spotThe rest of your plants are really growing. We have had so much rain that we haven’t even got our garden planted yet.
