The spring time is here and there is no better way to get your nutrition in than with a good smoothie recipe. I don’t know about you, but I don’t like cooking much when it’s hot and smoothies have been my go to meal replacement during the spring and summer months.

One of my favorites is this Soursop smoothie packed with nutrition. Soursop has numerous health benefits such as:
➡️ Supports digestive health
➡️ Antioxidant properties
➡️ Boost immunity
➡️ Anti-inflammatory
➡️ Boost energy levels
➡️ Antimicrobial effects

Here are the ingredients to the smoothie:

1 pack of Soursop Pulp or the fruit
4 – 5 slices of pineapples (fresh or frozen)
1 cup of Orgain Organic Protein Powder or protein powder of your choice.
16 oz of Coconut water
16 – 20 oz of Almond Milk
