Pork Roast -Sous Vide
1 Pork Roast
Season with
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Pepper
Thyme
Rosemary
Herbs de Provence
Sage
Sea salt
Or season it with whatever you like 🙂
Place it in a sealable bag
Heat sous vide water to 130
Cool for 4+ hours (longer is better than shorter)
Take out and sear in a hot oil skillet!
Sooo good!
