6 INGREDIENT Pineapple 🍍 Crush Dessert!!

This is my sister in law’s forte 👌🏽

This dessert is the simplest dessert you will ever make, it’s flop proof, goes a long way, has 6 ingredients and is around R180 to make.

INGREDIENTS
250 Ml Fresh Cream
250 Ml Sour Cream
1 Tin (385g)Condensed Milk
1 Tin Nestle Cream
1 Tin (432g) Pineapple Crush
2 Tubs (2 x 115g) Granadilla Pulp

OPTIONAL
Top with grated chocolate

METHOD
•Mix the cream & Sour Cream until its smooth.
•Add in the tin cream.
•Add in the condensed milk and mix well.
•Drain the pineapple crush syrup and add to the creamed mixture and mix.
•Lastly add the two tubs of granadilla pulp
•Mix well for a good few mins until thickened.
•Refrigerate for a few hours to set or preferably overnight.
•Serve as is or with grated chocolate

This dessert is creamy, refreshing and morish and not forgetting SUPER EASY to make 👌🏽.

NOTE
I tried adding everything to a blender and the desired texture of the dessert did not turn out too great. PLEASE just use a whisk and dont over whisk. Whisk until each ingredient is well incorporated.

This sets overnight so if you have an event, prepare a day in advance.
