Great recipe. I have one suggestion. Talk naturally. You don't have to put up an accent. You dishes are good but your talk is a little slow. You want your podcast to be crystal clear and short. Talk naturally and people will understand I am sure. Be confident and loosen up a bit yaar! Have fun doing it! All the best!

Nicely done, although I would be more comfortable if the beef was cooked a little longer. Browned coconut (fried in a little oil with couple of red chillies) may be a good alternative to plain grated coconut. Keep up the good work!
