  3. I only season my pork chops. I don't season my batter because when I'm making the gravy I season my gravy then. And that's because I don't like a lot of salt and like me I don't measure my seasonings, so that's why. But I do my chops the same way. But the only thing I do different is I put mines in the oven and let it cook in the oven. I love watching your shows.

  4. Love rice, but I think I would have some wide noodles with that delicious looking gravy and onions!! (And yes, smashed potatoes would be great as well. You really can't go wrong with any option!!) Cheers!
