  1. I'm an old white guy who grew up in Virginia. I was in New York a few years ago and a friend wanted to introduce me to "Soul Food". I like food so of course I went. The only thing on the menu that I didn't eat growing up was chitterlings. (My mom grew up on a pig farm and just HATED chitlins.)

  2. I say if you don't like the dish that you're cooking when you're doing a tutorial don't do it or leave out personal opinions about why you don't like the dish because it makes the video suck and less interesting to watch, cooking is not cooking unless you love what you're cooking and it takes all the love out.
