Next time you’re doing a barbeque, consider this Soy Sauce Prawn recipe that I developed based on Roland restaurant’s “Dou You” prawn dish. This simple recipe that uses only Kikkoman Soy Sauce, butter, sugar and Prawns, will bring your BBQ prawns to the next level! Even if you don’t have a BBQ, you can easily do this in a wok too.

I’ve recently discovered so many fun facts about Kikkoman like the fact that they’ve had their own factory here in Singapore since the 80s and that their iconic soy sauce bottle is actually patented.

How come the prawns becomes from "Red Leg prawns" to "Indian white prawns"?
If you boil soya sauce, it will not taste as good.
