Thats great ldea to leave the pasta al dente.then when you mix it with your sauce.oh what a great ldea Lidia you toast the bread.then break it and use it on top of the pasta.you are will be cooking pasta often.21.

I had an Italian lady friend in the 1990's who cooked this for me every Wednesday for supper, these days I might make it once a year if I get a meal alone, few people will eat this, few people like Anchovies
