INGREDIENTS
1 garlic
1 tsp capers
2 anchovies
200g cherry tomatoes
1 tsp concentrate
Salt and pepper
Parsley
Extra virgin olive oil

METHOD
Boil the water and then add the pasta.

Fry the garlic, capers and anchovies, pour the cherry tomatoes and onion into the pan. Once stewed, add the tuna, salt, pepper and tomato concentrate. Then add the pasta cooking water. Drain the pasta in advance and finish cooking it in the pan by sautéing it with the sauce. Add oil and parsley and mix everything.
