  1. It looks very delicious. I think spanish dishes are based on “oil”, olive oil. You flavor up main ingredients into the olive oil. I can see why olive oil is so important in european recipes. My country food, korean dishes are based on water. We mainly boil ingredients. Anyways i like spanish dishes among all european dishes. Very delish.
