INGREDIENTS FOR BEEF KARHAI:
STEP # 1:
Beef with bones 1 kg
Roasted & Crushed Coriander 1tbsp
Roasted & Crushed Cumin 1tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Garlic Cloves 7-8
Onions 2 medium roughly chopped
Tomatoes 🍅 5-6 roughly chopped
Ginger 1″pcs
Water 💧 1cup
Cook on medium to low flame until meat gets 80% tender keep aside.
Oil 3/4 cup
Dahi 125 gms
SPECIAL KARHAI MASALA:
Coriander 4tbsp
Cumin 3tbsp
Black pepper 2tbsp
Red pepper 🌶 corns 10-12
Dry Fenugreek 1-1/2 tbsp
Methi dana 1/2 tsp
Chat masala 1tsp
Tatri 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Ajinomotto 1tsp (optional)
GARNISHING:
Green chilies 4-5
Coriander leaves 1handful
Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1tsp
