It is the home of Cook’s Illustrated magazine and Cook’s Country magazine and is the workday destination for more than 60 test cooks, editors, and cookware specialists.   1. Was that called the Iowa Skinny sandwich? Pork tenderloin? It sure looked better that the one Bryan had, the St Paul. And Christie can cook anything for me anytime. Also, there is no debate about what is a dressing and what is a stuffing. It's very clear. Looking forward to this new season's shows.

  2. Bryan saying the St. Paul is his favorite sandwich was surprising. Cool. I had my first St. Paul in St. Louis, MO but have made them many times at home using Egg Foo Yung patties from my favorite takeaway Chinese restaurant. Mmm, mmmm.
