I’ve watched you make the salad many times and I’m going to purchase the ingredients for it when I go to the grocery store this weekend. Hey cousin Trina! MON-I-CA, my sis, it took me years to try this salad. I remember the very first time you made this on camera; I was like, heck no!! But it was good. My store didn't have the noodles so I tried garlic fried onion topping. Nice alternative to add to salad options.
