All I can understand is: Garlic Hot pepper flakes Rice syrup Gougoujong(spicy paste) Water /soy sauce/black pepper Green onion…I don't know what the white stuff was..
A little cooking tip. When using hone spray a little cooking oil or use a napkin and dab some cooking oil on the towel and swirl it around the whole measuring cup so it slides out smooth and it's a mess everywhere.
I don't recall the name of the place, but about a 20 minute walk out the gate of Osan AB was a fantastic Bugogi place down by the train tracks I often went to back in the 90s. So freaking good!!
