Spicy Mac & Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup macaroni
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
1 tbsp cheese powder
Half tsp rosemary herb
1 tbsp all purpose flour Maida
1 cup milk
2 cheese slices
Salt to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Boil macaroni in a pot of salted water until al dente. Strain and set aside.
2. Melt butter in a pan and add ginger garlic paste. Sauté until fragrant. Add Schezwan sauce, cheese powder, rosemary herb, and Maida. Cook for one to two minutes.
3. Pour in milk, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
4. Add cheese slices and stir until melted.
5. Mix in boiled macaroni and toss until well coated.
6. Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped parsley.
