Dragon Chicken Written Recipe With Directions
Ingredients:
-Chicken boneless 600 g (strips)
-Salt (namak) ½ tsp
-Red chilli (lal mirch) powder ½ tsp
-Kashmiri Red chilli (lal mirch) powder 1 tsp
-Mixed herbs/oregano ¼ tsp
-Ginger Garlic (lehsan adrak) paste 1 tsp
-Oyster sauce ½ tsp
-Egg (anda) 1
-Corn flour 3 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying
-Cooking oil 4 tbs
-Garlic (lehsan) chopped
-Red chilli buttons (sabut lal mirch) 5
-Cashew nuts (kaju) 8
-Red capsicum (Shimla mirch) julienne cut
-Green capsicum (Shimla mirch) julienne cut
-Yellow capsicum (shimla mirch) julienne cut
-Onion (piyaz) julienne cut
-Water (pani) 3-4 tbs
-Tomato ketchup 2 tbs
-Chilli sauce 1 tbs
-Soya sauce ½ tbs
-Salt ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Green onion (hara piyaz) 2 tbs
Directions:
-In a bowl, add chicken, salt, red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, mixed herbs, ginger garlic paste, oyster sauce, egg, and corn flour. Mix well, cover and marinate it for 5 minutes.
-In a pan, add cooking oil and heat it. Deep fry the chicken on medium-low flame for 3-4 mins. Bring it out to a plate and set aside for later use.
-In a frying pan, add cooking oil and heat it. On medium-low flame, add garlic and saute it.
-On low flame, add red chilli buttons, cashew nuts, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, and onion.
-Then, add water and fry the vegetables on high flame for 3-4 mins.
-Add tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt, chicken powder, and green onion. Cook it for 2 mins on high flame.
-In another pan, add cooking oil and heat it. Deep fry the chicken for 3-4 mins on high flame.
-On high flame, add chicken to vegetables and mix well.
-Dish out, serve and enjoy!
