  1. Sounds like a great dish but hard pass for me with the ginger. I’m not a fan of ginger. I think it overpower everything that it touches. I mean I do like it as a pallet cleanser when it comes to like sushi that’s about it. I do like Gingerale when I’m sick.

  3. This was a really tasty dish. I swapped the beef for ground chicken, the demi-glace for a homemade brown gravy, and I used tube ginger instead of fresh, (though, that was a mistake because it didn't have as much flavor). I also left out the cream, and didn't have mozzarella, so I used parmesan.
    Thanks for sharing your recipes! I have been searching for recipes that are different from everything else that's out there, and that are also easy. This checks both boxes!
