Ingredients:
6 Lamb shoulder steaks
2 Tomatoes
2 Garlic heads
2 Red onions
2 Eggplants
2 Anaheim peppers
2 Red long hot pepper
1 Green hot pepper
1 Cup fresh cilantro

Seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sumac
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp black pepper

Grill lamb shoulders at 500F for 3 min per side

Directions:
Grill vegetables at 500F for 12 min
Clean and roughly chop
Add cilantro and seasoning
Place in a foil tray
Mix well
Season lamb steaks
Grill lamb shoulders at 500F for 3 min per side
Place lamb on top of vegetables
Seal the tray with foil
Braise on indirect heat at 400F for 1.5h
