I tried today and it was very tasty, yummy & delicious. Thanks keep sharing such nice recipes.
4 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
pasta
1/2 cup pasta water reserved
90% cook
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 onion (small), finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
add garlic + onion (until translucent at low)
1/3 cup tomato paste
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp chilli pwd
1/2 tsp black pwd
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp white vinegar
mix !
add reserved pasta water
cook for a minute
1 tbsp yogurt
mix
1 cup milk
1 chicken cube (optional)
mix !!!!!!! (beautiful)
add pasta
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozarella cheese
1 tbsp unsalted butter
mix !!!!!
turn the flame off when the cheese is melted

Slm i made it today, it was tooo yum, i did make changes , i never used vinegar and i used chicken an i used green pepper an i used mushrooms an i used white sauce and i used 2 tamatoes which i liquidised an cheese i just used half cup in total

Halved the recipes for myself but here you go:
2cups water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup pasta
1/4 cup pasta water
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1tbsp oil
1/6 cup tomato paste(2tbsp + 2tsp)
1/8th tsp namak
1tsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4tsp oregano
1/4 tbsp sugar
1/4 tbsp white vinegar (3/4 tsp)
1/2 tbsp yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 chicken cube
Can I make without tomato sauce????
