  2. My god i am so going to try this, but with pork belly – I'm not really a fan of the texture of trotters most times I have tried it (we do cook it here in Singapore), but the cooking method, chilli paste and the way you cook it makes it look so lip-smacking at the end!!

    Super love to amaranth leaves too which we use often in Chinese-Singaporean cooking!

  9. Man.. I LOVE Pork. We eat it during Hunting. Wildboar. We use Tamarind instead of Soya, Sweet Sour Pork goes great with Bhaat ( Sticky Rice) and Chillary Spinach.
    But we only Eat in Jammu Hill Zone not in Valley. GREAT Love from Jammu and Kashmir.
