ingat-ingat kuya Dex. ako inatake rin ng UTI some 2 months ago and nakakatakot talaga cya. inom lang ng inom ng tubig and buko juice. bawal din ang drinks na may caffeine like coffee, tea and softdrinks at bawal ang mga pagkaing at inuming maraming artificial flavir at preservatives. bawal din ang spicy kaya mejo hinay lang sa maanghang ha! 😁 😁 😁
