  1. Hello. I recently cooked this but i used frozen pork strips that were in the freezer for some time. I thawed before marinating and only marinated for 30 mins. The cooked pork had weird smell and taste. Do I need to wash the pork before marinating or should i marinate for longer? Please help. Thank you

  2. I've made this delicious Korean meal 3 times in the last couple of months, and every time, I'm amazed at how lovely it is. I bought a table top gas hotplate, just for Korean BBQ meals. Thank you Maangchi for the wonderful recipes.
