Season shrimp:
1. 16 oz uncooked shrimp cleaned and deveined . Tail on or off
2. 1/2 teaspoon salt, black pepper
3. 1 teaspoon paprika and chili flakes
1. 10 oz spaghetti
2. 2 tablespoons butter
3. 1 -2 tablespoons olive oil
4. 2 spicy red hot peppers sliced
5. 4 garlic sliced
6. 1/2 onion diced
7. 1 cup pasta water
8. 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
9. 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika and chili flakes- less chili flakes if you don’t like it spicy.
1. Cook the pasta al dente and reserve one cup pasta water.
2. Pat the shrimp, dry and seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes mix well.
3. Sliced garlic, onion, and red chilies.
4. In a pen, add olive oil and cook the shrimp one to two minutes on each side undisturbed then remove and set the shrimp aside.
5. In the same pan at 2 tablespoons of butter and olive oil.
6. Add in the onion, garlic and red chilies and cook for
30 seconds while stirring.
7. Season with salt, paprika, and chili flakes.
8. Add the cooked pasta and pasta water. Mix
9. Add in the shrimp and Parmesan cheese and mix to incorporate.
10. Top with a dollop of butter garnish with chopped parsley.

Are the shrimp “de-veined” though ..? 😅 you don’t want to be cooking poop 💩 if you’re making this dish make sure you buy prepared shrimp and always check them for the “vein” (their digestive tract) even if they are supposedly cleaned out.
Yeah looks great but I would take that tail off. I hate having to remove the tail from shrimp when I'm trying to eat it in pasta
