Spicy Turkish BBQ Chicken Thighs with Garlic Yogurt Marinade



How to Make Turkish Chicken Skewers Like a Pro! This Turkish-inspired BBQ dish combines tender, spiced yogurt-marinated chicken thighs with perfectly roasted vegetables and a creamy garlic yogurt sauce. You can of course make it on your griddle pan or under your broiler if you don’t have a BBQ.

The marinade is rich with smoked paprika, cumin, and my spinning lemons, gives the chicken its irresistible flavour and juiciness. Paired with vibrant vegetables, it’s a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. I like to use rosemary as a brush for extra aroma, but any heatproof kitchen brush will do. Perfect for a healthy, wholesome meal.

The food looks delicious and although it's a little ambitious for me I'm going to attempt it on my indoor grill. Closing my eyes for a moment & transporting myself to summer every time I see picture of your garden & Kenji frolicking around. In the midst of an actual Winter snow storm here in Eastern Canada.

  3. Excellent editing on this one. I loved the jumpy scene changes as if a film has broken (burned by the projector bulb) and been badly spliced, the slightly retro music fitted nicely too.
