Hi fellow banana nut bread makers. Okay, I tried this recipe. Simple and looked delicious. Mine was good, but I'm not sure if I did something wrong. I followed the directions, except I sifted the flour, and I used unsalted butter. It was dense, and not as flavorful as I imagined. Could that be because I sifted the flour and used unsalted butter? Again, I followed all the rest of the directions.. Thanks for your help 👍😁
