Here’s the recipe! You just need to wrap thinly sliced steak around a small cluster of enoki mushrooms. I used shabu beef that was already sliced thinly. The sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of sesame oil, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tbsp sugar. Place the steak enoki wrap over a bed of onions, pour sauce, simmer for 2-3 minutes. Whisk 2-3 eggs and pour over, cover with a lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions. Serve over rice and enjoy!
