My new favorite camping meal – fire roasted potatoes and skirt steak.
It’s super easy to make too. The potatoes take about an hour to cook in the campfire but this would also be delicious at home.
When the potatoes were done, we topped it butter, sour cream, cubed up skirts steak and some shredded cheese. So good!!!
