Everyone is tearing up the backyard steak🤣😋
Receipe for butter?
Officially it's a battle of steaks, but unofficially there's a battle for who has the best hair.
Yes, i will try both!
Dem some might fine lookin steaks there. They look fake. Appreciate y’all’s bideos. That’s what I’m talkin bout delicious vitals.
So I'll ask, why wasn't butter used on the competition steak?
Video idea… create several different compound butter flavor profiles to compare and review! I’d love to see a savory garlic/herb, a citrus themed combo, and maybe something with a kick??
When reverse searing the smoked steak, is the timing the same as Susie’s? 90/60 then 90/60? Backyard style for me. 🇨🇦👍🏼
Salt and pepper…
I don’t care about presentation, or “competition” cooks. Give me a neighborhood steak from anyone in these comments anyday!
Backyard all day
Backyard steak for me please !!
I have to go with the backyard steak. 135 is about 10 degrees too high for me
I think that a lot of times people try to replicate competition 1! Bite taste to backyard, and it doesn't work! Just stick with what you enjoy unless you're competing.
The "Mmmmm" says it all
Is Brandon now 2-0? Low and slow will produce the most tender meat. Susie needs to bring her A game.
Backyard steak please. Competition stuff, like steaks & ribs, are made to grab attention with one bite. They are not what I want for a meal.
My vote is for the backyard steak, and a compound butter can’t be beat!
I pull my steaks at 125 and they are perfect for me!
Competition isn't my jam. Flavor is important but there is too much ridiculousness in presentation stuff that doesn't seem worth it to me.
Both look delicious, but for me the reverse sear with the butter is the way to go.
Yeah definitely going to try that steak butter and I think smoking the steak sounds intriguing? Thanks guys!!
