Ingredients:
Steak
Shallots
Red Wine

Chop shallots. In a pan, put shallots with 20 cl of red wine and cook until reduced by half. Cook steak to desired doneness with salt and pepper. Rare is the best for me. Serve on plate and add the cooked shallots.
