This is why I appreciate the comments section! Was about to try this but you guys are right – could nullify the warranty plus I’m already using my replacement Cosori that was recalled.
Good tip aside from airfryer I've been doing that for over 35 years. Works in the microwave too, just put a glass or coffee cup half full of water then run it for a couple of minutes before you put your items in, works well with leftovers too. ✌😊
I tried this, afterwards there was a bunch of water accumulated on the inside of the machine itself. Had to tilt the entire machine just to get all the water out. Highly don't recommend
Wow, I'm such an idiot, how have I never thought of this
Is this air fryer still y’all’s favorite?

If there is no condensation vent there will be a build up of mildew within the appliance that's not something you want inside your air frier.

adding water could cause an electrical fire. not so sure about doing this.
I just microwave the broccoli first then throw it in the air fryer. Much faster lol
In my Ninja it has a setting for this and the Ninja is made for water. You can keep your machine, they don't do much. Thanks for the tip.
Thanks
What a FANTASTIC idea! Yay, thanks so much!!!
Adding a few tablespoons of water to the basket before air frying bacon helps with the splatter and makes clean up easier.
THERE'S A LEEK IN MY AIR FRYER
I’m dying to know which brand of air fryer that is
Great tip! 10/10 will try!
