STEAMED PORK WITH TOFU PUFF IN SHRIMP PASTE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
250g Pork Tenderloin
190g Tofu Puff
Spring Onion (optional)

FOR MARINADES:
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Corn Starch
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

FOR SAUCE:
2 Tbsp Shrimp Paste
1 Tbsp Shaoxing Wine

STEP 1: Prepare the Ingredients
STEP 2: Marinate Pork
STEP 3: Mix Shrimp Paste & Shaoxing Wine
STEP 4: Combined All Ingredients
STEP 5: Steam 10-12 minutes
