  1. ALERT! Greggo found the Brylcreme again.

    That looks seriously good! I wouldn't add the little slime balls because they are disgusting, but the rest looks superb. I will say though, a regular Sav Blanc rather than a Semillion Sav Blanc, is way better for a white wine sauce. Way less chance of that "taste", which is what I think you were implying when you said to cook the alcohol off. I've not had adverse taste with Sav Blanc, but have had with Semillion Sav Blanc.
    I want some of that right now!!!!!!!! I love how you added the tomatoes. What an awesome addition!
    I hope there was one cup for the dish, and 3 cups for Greggo! After 45 cones of course!

  2. Greg, I just finished following this recipe tonight. It came out really good. I used normal tomato instead of cherry tomatoes (thats all I had in the fridge) & I left the capers out. Great dish. It is certainly an aphrodisiac. My libido was boosted post consumption. Might light myself a couple candles, chuck on some Barry White and call it a night my friend.
