5-6 sprigs thyme
1 tablespoon grated ginger
4 pimento (seasoning) peppers
5-6 cups water
2 tablespoon parsley

Nice recipe but I feel he burn that sugar to much
it looks so good id love to have the meat and gravy on mashed potatoes, plus i love spicy food.

Hey Chris I made this but I made it like a American pot roast with potatoes onion and carrots I also substituted 2 cups of the water for one cup apple juice one cup dark beer it was to die for. Big ups on your channel love it.. one love..

Made this exactly as directed, except I did not have pimento peppers. I added in some fresh ground chili paste (Sambal Oelek). I boiled it down the second time, to a thick rich gravy. Oh my goodness, it was amazing. Thank you!
