15g Rock Sugar
1/2 Tbsp Shaoxing Wine
1 Bay Leaf
2 Star Anise
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
2 Slice Ginger (minced)

Just made this. I used Char siu sauce instead of Chou Hou, the same amount and I didn't add sugar. Delcious
