I was just laying in my bed thinking about about how disappointing some meals are when you go out. I was also thinking about how boring some menus are. The restaurants in my area aren’t overly reliable, and rarely do you find anything to get excited about. This got me thinking to what I’d put on the menu if I owned a restaurant. Then it occurred to me, “ why don’t I just learn to cook exciting meals?” This pork belly would excite me. I love sticky food. I’m cooking this ASAP.
