I am not usually a fan of cabbage, but looks tasty enough to make an exception. If you don't mind a little constructive criticism. Just a small thing. Turn the music down about ten percent. I honestly think it will make a difference. Take care now.

ya nailed it dude.
Using such a low temp, it is more saute than stir fry. Nothing wrong with that, although the wok is usually used differently, at high temps. When the heat goes up, olive oil will smoke and burn pretty quickly.
The size and shape of the wok is good for a lot of things although it is thin enough to get very hot, very fast.
