Here is yet another simple stir fry. This Stir Fry Pork With Mushroom Recipe uses shiitake mushrooms (fresh or dry) and oyster sauce as the main flavour profile.

Feel free to substitute the shitake mushroom with any other type of fresh mushrooms.

Ingredients:
350 g lean pork
1 piece firm tofu (Tao Kua)
5-8 shiitake mushrooms
1 medium carrot, about 100g
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
Corn starch slurry – 1 tsp corn starch + 2 Tbsp water

Seasoning:
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
2 Tbsp Chinese cooking wine
50 ml water
1 tsp sesame oil
