I have this blender (Ninja Smoothie Maker) & it is EXCELLENT! For Smoothies We use frozen Strawberries, frozen Bananas, a splash of vanilla, honey if necessary added sweetness, & however much milk to achieve desired texture, Also this blender will blend ANYTHING… It comes with multiple blender jars, the big one shown in this video (which has multiple blades on various levels in the center, & it also came with 2 additional large blender cups, which we use to put any leftovers smoothies in, & put in the freezer until we are ready to drink them, at which time we simply put the container (which has a bottom blade , like old blenders had) on the base, then hit smoothie button& it automatically blends smoothie & rests, then blends again until desired consistency. We are happy with our purchase

Use diet green tea as a base, ripe banana or pineapple. It'll be sweet. No sugar
Pro tips: instead of water and sugar, use yogurt and a little bit of honey. use frozen strawberry’s and frozen banana’s so you don’t have to add the ice, that just dilutes the flavors. add milk if you need to thin it out.
it’s already sweet enough with the bananas and strawberries alone. smoothies already have a lot of sugar. no need for added sugar.
