I do it different
Question : do you NEED to add seeds ?
One of the best smoothie recipes on YouTube 🙂
Okay, I like
😉
I'm in the middle of losing weight. is this a good smoothie for those on a weight loss journey?
Looks so good. I am getting addicted to them. I have been adding 2 T of protein powder. I can seem to get in enough protein as I'm aging and eating healthier.
I'm going to try this… It looks yummy!
Loved this recipe, I used frozen fruits (we only have a few weeks of local fruits) and it worked really well, did not need to add ice. Thanks so much for sharing.
looks delicious! 🙂
I still haven't made one of these & I'm not sure what the intimidation factor is except change. Right now for a fruit snack, I eat a dole fruit cup with a banana sliced in, a peeled & sliced up apple with some peanut butter to dip and those mandarin orange fruit cup slices…love them.
Hi Angie I make the same smoothie but I now wash and freeze my strawberries and blueberries on a cookie sheet so I don't have to add ice which can water it down. Thanks so much love your videos
Looks so yummy! I'll have to take out my blender and give this a try! Have a great rest of your week! Hugs, Colleen xox 🙂
Looks yummy! I just had a strawberry banana smoothie. I like to use frozen fruit in place of the ice.
great video and recipe!! thank you for sharing, but you should grind the flax seeds before placing in blender to get the best benefit of the seeds. If they are not ground fully in blender, your body cannot digest them. I use a Vitamix and buy the ground flax seeds from Costco and store the bag in my fridge. Hope this helps.
Looks so delicious!!
That looks yummy! I don't like to eat blueberries outright, but do like their flavor in things, so this looks like a good way to get them into my diet. Also, I ordered 4 pairs of the sunglass readers from the Peepers website. They came today, and I love them. (a really good price too) So thank you for sharing about them. 🙂 Sheri
Looks great Angie! need to try it, Thank you for sharing 🙂
YUM! What kind of blender do you have? My blender is old and needs replacing (can't decide on a Vitamix or Blendtec). Mine won't grind up the flax, so I would add my ground flax seed! Again…YUM!
Yum! Can't wait to try!
Yum! This looks delicious…and I like that it isn't green lol! ♥ Elle

Sounds yummy AND lower carb too! Going to go share! Thanks Angie!
Yum! This is pretty much identical to the smoothie I make, except that I add a huge bunch of baby spinach for minerals and also 2-3 bananas! It's sooooo tasty!
