Recipe:
For the Crust:
2 cups graham crumbs
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
For the Cheesecake:
3 blocks cream cheese
3/4 white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp lemon extract
2 tbsp flour
Pinch of salt
4 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
For the sauce
1 pint strawberries
1/2-3/4 white sugar
1/2-1tsp lemon extract

Underrated
I have to bake mine in a water bath to not get that crack. Just put the whole cake/pan into a larger pan with about an inch of water in it. It's a pain in the ass but you won't get any cracks! Thanks for your video and liked!😊
