  1. Ingredients:
    Strawberry Sauce:
    ½ lb fresh strawberries
    3 tbsp maple sugar
    ½ cup plain greek yogurt
    ¼ tsp of vanilla

    Pasta:
    1 cup pasta

    Garnish:
    Mint leaves

    Directions:
    Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook your pasta until al dente. While the pasta cooks, prepare the strawberry sauce. Finely dice the strawberries, then toss them with maple sugar. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow the strawberries to soften. Once softened, mash them in a bowl until they reach a jam-like consistency. Stir in the plain Greek yogurt and vanilla, mixing until smooth and creamy.

    When the pasta is ready, drain it and arrange it on a plate. Spoon the strawberry sauce generously over the top, then finish with a sprinkle of fresh chopped mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!

  2. Speaking for all Italian's here please leave our traditional dishes for dishes and dessert for dessert am kind of sick of other cultures taking the traditional dishes and just ruining them trying to make you're own creations.
