Ingredients
To make this oh-so-creamy Pineapple Strawberry Smoothie, you will need just 6 ingredients – strawberry, pineapple, banana, honey, milk, and yogurt.
Strawberries – For the best result, use fresh juicy strawberries. Wash them well and remove the green part. Chop them and freeze for 5-6 hours.
Banana – Banana makes the smoothie very creamy. You can skip adding it for a no banana smoothie. Peel the banana and cut it into slices. Freeze it for 5-6 hours.
Pineapple – Choose a ripe and juicy pineapple to make the smoothie. Peel the skin using a sharp knife and then cut the flesh into cubes. Freeze the cubes for 5-6 hours. If fresh pineapple is not available, use the canned one. Just drain the juice in which it is stored.
Plain yogurt to get the creamy texture and some milk to get the consistency right. Use full-fat milk for a nice and creamy texture.
Sweetener – Depending on whether or not strawberries and pineapple are sweet, you can add or avoid honey or sugar to sweeten the smoothie.
