It’s not just any dessert; it’s a fabulous fusion that’s both refreshing and satisfying. INGREDIENTS/Method
1️⃣ Chop 200 gm of fresh strawberries and set them aside.

2️⃣ In a pan, heat 1 liter of full cream milk. Mix in 2 tbsp of diluted custard powder (mix custard powder with 1/4 cup cold milk for this).

3️⃣ Keep the heat on low-medium and stir until the mixture thickens. Once done, pour it into a bowl and chill in the fridge for a couple of hours.

4️⃣ To cook sabudana, take 2 cups of water, bring it to boil, add 1/2 cup soaked sabudana (soaked for 2 hours), and cook until they become transparent. Strain and cool them. under running water.
(Pro Tip : Wash sabudana under tap water so that it does not cook further).

5️⃣ Now in a mixing bowl, add cooked sabudana, 1/4 cup Roohafza (rose sharbat), chopped strawberries, chilled custard mixture, condensed milk as per your taste (I have added 3 tbs) and some chopped nuts. Mix it well🌼 .

6️⃣ Chill it in the fridge and voilà! Enjoy your refreshing dessert! 😋
