No need for a cup of almond, just a cup of almond milk:)
this smoothie is very nutritious and undoubtedly very tasty as well, but it's also kind of a calorie bomb. one cup of raw cashews alone has 600 calories. just a little warning to all those counting calories or trying to slim down!
Even if nuts have a lot of calories it doesn't turn to fat itself. However when you eat it with stuff like potatoes , ride , bread stuff with carbs then it turns to fat . Don't worry I eat tones of nuts and veggies and fruits and I'm underweight 😉

I made this today and it's wasn't my favourite 🙁 I'll stick with the banana peanut butter smoothie! Maybe I should have soaked the cashews first. They were really gritty.
Perhaps sunflower seeds would work in place of the cashews and use soy or rice milk in place of the almond milk? 🙂
