1st week lost 14 lbs. this is the second week and weigh in is on Sunday morning. Have also done light exercise to help myself.
This doesn't make sense. Pineapple is high in sugar and if you want to loose weight or fat, you have to cut sugars. Also boiling the pineapple peels and keeping the ginger peels, no thanks. You're better off just making a regular veggie based green smoothie. At least that's why I am going to do just to maintain healthy eating.

I have been drinking this 8oz 2x a day on an empty stomach for 5 days. Lost 0 pounds and this is with changing my diet to high protein, low carb. I’ll come back in 10 days to update

Cut the cucumber
Cut the ginger
Squeeze the lemon and put it's water in a bowl
Cut the pinapple's inner part into pieces
Take it's piles and cut them in normal size pieces
Put piles and water in the pot and let it boil after that leave the piles and put the water in the bowl or something.
Put all these ingredients in the mixer(Cucumeber,ginger,pineaple,lemon water,pinneaple pile water)
Start the mixer
Stop the mixer after a certain time
Put that drink in glass you have made
Drink it
Enjoy it
Go to your bed
And
Think their is ghost under your bed
And sleep
And next day do exercise for 30minutes
And repeat the same process

hello everyone! i am on a weight loss journey right now i’m 155 and i’m trying to get back to 130. i already bought the ingredients and will be starting tommorow, so i’ll be drinking one in the morning, then a small meal with vegetables during mid day, and for dinner i’ll have another juice. i workout 2-3 times a week for an hour. i’m sooo excited reading these comments i cant wait to come back and update y’all! wish me luck😇
