Stupidly easy crispy air fryer pork belly

Marinate 1-½ lbs skin-on pork belly with the following mixture (including the skin):
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon five-spice powder
⅛ teaspoon (pinch) white pepper

Wrap the meat part of the pork belly with saran wrap or foil but keep the skin uncovered. Store in the fridge overnight to let the skin dry out completely.
Place pork belly skin side-up in an air fryer at 375°F for 40 minutes. Done and dusted.
