I don't know why people use 'cup' for measurement. Just use grams, it's precise, avoids confusion and makes life easy. How hard could it be?
My dough was way too wet. I had to add five extra tsp of flour. The dough is rising right now and hopefully the bread turns out.
Can I juat use all purpose flour or bread flour?
i made this yesterdy and today came out great thank you im trying to use up my milk it went out on thetenth its just me so i got to remind myself to buy less i be baking alot some times lol
Perfect sub buns and even better is using this recipe to make hamburger buns. They are light airy and yet hold together. I’ll never buy buns again!! I’m gonna make hot dog buns next with this recipe !
I just made these and made Italian subs out of two of them. I used bread flour and regular vegetable oil because I never heard of refined oil and that specific flour that’s listed. These rolls were a success. Thumbs up.
I’ve made many other recipes on YouTube of sun rolls. Some were not even edible. This recipe here was so far the best one I’ve made.

nice bun but what happened to the inners? where's the beef? who eats a salad sand witch? a hoggi has salami ham other meats , your system will kill humans do to lack of proteins?
